1.Consultation and Review:You can consult on the phone or by email and review the former store to understand our requirement to licensed stores, register for league application, and confirm the time and place for next discussion.
2. Discussion of Intention:This is a process of understanding each other. The league member can know more about our detailed rules for license and joining, and we know more about your business condition to confirm your intention.
3.Sign proforma contract:Both parties sign the contract of league intention, and pay the licensed league deposit for the brand ”Madame Zhao”.
4.Submit the picture of shop’s plane position:You shall submit the picture of market’s position and store’s ichnography to us,because a good position is a necessary condition to join us.
5.Checking:We shall check the store’s position and other necessary.If passed, we will turn into next process,if not,we shall return the licensed league deposit and end the league contract.
6.Sign Licensed Contract: We shall sign the official licensed contract with who passed muster to define continuous contract relation.
7. Transact Business Licence: We issue the licenced certification and copy of our business licence,and assist the league member transact business licence.
8.Guidance of Store’s Fitment Design:You shall decorate the store according to the store’s circumstantiality, the design criterion of “Madame Zhao” licensed stores and the design direction given by the headquarters.
9.The Fitment of Stores:The league member shall decorate the store in time according to design blueprint.The headquarters shall send out the confirmation after checking.
10.Prepare for Opening:The league shall prepare employee and work articles for prepare. The headquarters shall prepare the product pictures,POP,store banner,gift for opening,direction of opening,and the sales center provide concentrated train to employees.
11.Consignment and Display:The league shall pay in time,and the headquarter shall consign on time.The products shall be displayed,and the employees shall know the disposal and feature of the goods, and the process of purchase.
12.Choose an Auspicious Day to open:We all shall carefully disposing to build a good atmosphere and a good beginning.
