2．Shop Location:
A．Located in shopping center for decorative pictures in the city, markets for decorative pictures in the market,markets for craftworks in stores or tourist shoping center and so on, better-location shops available for selling embroideries, and 30-100 square meters for franchised store, 15-30 square meters for shoppe. B.Or purchase or lease shopping center for decorative pictures in the city, markets for decorative pictures in the market,markets for craftworks in stores or tourist shoping center and so on, better-location shops available for selling embroideries, and 30-100 square meters for franchised store, 15-30 square meters for shoppe. C.Better location, larger flow volume, wider line of sight, appropriate environment, no obstruct to the bold signboard and reasonable rent to a long term management.
3．Strength in Capital:

4．The Criterion of Operation:

Ⅱ、Licensed League Deposit and Guaranty Money for Brand
1．Licensed League Deposit：Used for support and train of management and operation to “Madame Zhao” chain shops

B.There is no charge for deposit if you join us in 2006.

B.Headquarter will carry new message about the newest product to the chain stores by website and the latest product catalogue,exchange the sales information of every item,guide every chain shop to do a scientific plan and supply salable goods in time to increase the stores’ turnover.
2．Market operation support:
A．Normative operate management:”Madame Zhao” embroidery franchised system will adopt specialized and standardized licensed management mode, that is, uniform shop image, management, advertising, supply, price list, product and service standard.

Ⅳ.The Fitment Management of Licensed Store
1. Fitment:
A. Local Fitment: The league member should ask local decoration company to design and decorate the store as normative design requirement. The headquarters will check after the decoration finished.
B. Standard Fitting: The league member shall purchase standard fittings from the decoration company instructed by the headquarters and decorate as normative design. The headquarters will check after the decoration finished.
2. Support to the Fitment
A. Fitment Design: The league member shall provide the pictures of shop location, ichnography and environment to the headquarters. The headquarters shall provide the handbook of shop’s normative design and the project of fitment and design,and the league member shall carry out.
B. The allowance to fitment: After the checking passed, the headquarters will provide certain allowance according to the shop’s area.
3. The way of checking:
A. Pictures for Record: The league member shall take photoes of the finished licensed store by self, including appearance, disposal inside, background and so on, then send to the headquarter for record. The headquarter will reply writen confirmation after checking.
B. Personnel Review: The headquarter will send personnel in sales department to random review the finished shop.
Ⅴ.Price in the Licensed Shop:
"Madame Zhao” licensed stores shall follow the uniform retail prices. The headquarter shall adjust the prices befittingly according to the variety of market’s need and product cost, and inform every licensed shop in time.
Ⅵ.Protect to League Members
1. There shall be only one licensed shop in one market.
2. We will help one league members to open more chain stores.
